Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics USA ITASCA is seeking a Senior Customs Specialist, FTZ Administrator to ensure compliance with customs regulations and facilitate import/export operations. You will prepare and submit accurate customs documents and coordinate with clients, carriers, and government agencies.

The role requires 2+ years in customs brokerage, FTZ experience, and knowledge of ACE and related systems. A Bachelor's degree and company benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage or related field.
• FTZ experience preferred.
• Experience with import and export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with international trade and transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs documentation, including entry forms, I-214s, invoices, and other required docs.
• Review and transmit weekly estimates and 3461s/7501s.
• Classify goods and determine duty rates.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and agencies for 214 admissions and customs clearances.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariff classifications, valuation, and origin rules.
• Monitor 214 admissions and entries for timely processing.
