Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customs Specialist, FTZ Administrator to manage Foreign Trade Zone operations and ensure CBP compliance. The role supports daily FTZ activities, maintains documentation, and coordinates with internal teams, clients, and authorities.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in Customs brokerage or FTZ operations, and knowledge of CBP processes. This full-time position is based at our Itasca location in the USA, with competitive benefits and a strong

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Customs brokerage, FTZ operations, Trade Compliance.
• Certifications preferred but not required: LCB, CCS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ procedures.
• Prepare and submit CBP forms and FTZ reports.
• Coordinate FTZ activities including admissions, withdrawals, and inventory movements.
• Operate and maintain the FTZ Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System (ICRS).
• Serve as liaison with CBP and other regulatory agencies.
