Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. seeks a Customs Specialist, FTZ Administrator to manage Foreign Trade Zone operations and ensure CBP compliance. You will prepare customs forms, coordinate FTZ activities, and maintain records while serving as a liaison with clients and regulatory agencies.

The role requires 2+ years in FTZ or customs, a relevant degree, and familiarity with ACE/ABI and FTZ ICRS. This is a full-time position based in the United States, offering a competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Customs brokerage, FTZ operations, Trade Compliance.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CBP compliance with FTZ procedures and file required forms.
• Coordinate FTZ admissions, withdrawals, and inventory movements; file CBP Form 214.
• Collaborate with importers, logistics providers and internal teams; answer FTZ/compliance inquiries.
• Track entries and FTZ admissions; keep CBP and company records accurate and up-to-date.
