Job summary

You will prepare documents, coordinate with clients and agencies, and maintain FTZ records to support efficient transportation and logistics. The role requires 2+ years in customs brokerage, FTZ experience, and proficiency with customs software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customs brokerage or related field.
• FTZ experience preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of international trade and transportation processes.
• Proficiency with customs brokerage software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with trade agreements and cross-border movements.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs documentation including entry forms and invoices.
• Review and transmit weekly estimates and 3461/7501 forms.
• Classify goods and determine duty rates per regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers and government agencies for 214 admissions.
• Ensure compliance with tariff, valuation and country of origin rules.
• Monitor 214 admissions and customs entries for timely processing.
• Maintain FTZ records and prepare annual reports.
• Provide guidance on FTZ issues to colleagues.
