Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a Customs Specialist to manage FTZ operations and ensure CBP compliance. You will prepare CBP forms, process FTZ admissions and inventory movements, and serve as a liaison with clients and regulatory agencies.

The role requires 2+ years in Customs/FTZ/trade compliance, attention to detail, and strong communication. It offers a full‑time onsite position in Itasca with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customs brokerage, FTZ operations, Trade Compliance.
• Licensing or certifications preferred: LCB, CCS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CBP compliance and FTZ procedures.
• Prepare and submit CBP forms and FTZ reports.
• Coordinate FTZ activities: admissions, withdrawals, inventory movements.
• Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory; support audits.
• Liaise with importers, logistics providers, and clients.
