Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to oversee daily FTZ operations, ensure CBP rule adherence, and manage filings and records. You will partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve regulatory readiness across the facility in Jeffersonville, IN.

You’ll analyze FTZ data, support audits, and guide colleagues on procedures, leveraging SAP, ICRS, and Copper Hill to minimize risk while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of FTZ operations or related trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, FTZ procedures, and U.S. import/export requirements.
• Experience with FTZ systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and trade compliance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FTZ operations and provide operational zone coverage as needed.
• Prepare and maintain FTZ filings, CBP forms, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate in-bond movements and support inbound/outbound product movements.
• Identify compliance risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Train coordinators and teams on FTZ processes and requirements.
