Job summary

Gigawatt is building an AI-native field service platform for utilities, with a focus on an end-to-end Service module configuration. You will translate work types, crews, territories and rules into a live configuration, ensuring dispatcher trust and scalable scheduling.

This hands-on role centers on configuring, validating and promoting configurations, while working with AI-accelerated workflows and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field service management configuring, implementing or consulting for FSM software.
• Hands-on FSM platform configuration: declarative setup of work types, resources, territories, calendars and policies.
• Scheduling and dispatch fluency: understanding constraints, priorities, SLAs and travel shaping an optimized schedule.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Service module end to end: ticket types, skills, crews, dispatch areas, calendars, SLAs and rules.
• Translate utility work into platform mappings: categories, durations, priorities and required skills.
• Tune constraints and KPI weights to earn client trust and ensure scalable schedules.
• Replace legacy rules with configurable business needs and validate across districts.
