You will own core frontend primitives, improve performance, and shape modular, scalable architecture for large engineering teams and the open-source community.

Qualifications

• Complex frontend systems require architecture-heavy frontend products such as canvas-based tools or real-time apps.
• Strong TS frontend experience and large codebase handling are essential.
• Architectural ownership includes leading migrations or re-architecting complex areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable engineers and open-source community.
• Pragmatic approach to refactoring, modularization, and debt reduction.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve frontend platform foundations powering the workflow builder.
• Own core frontend primitives and strengthen platform contracts.
• Modularize a large frontend codebase to empower product teams.
• Work on architecture behind the canvas-based workflow building experience.
• Build real-time collaboration with WebSockets/CRDTs and ensure accessibility.
• Improve rendering performance and overall user experience across complex workflows.
• Drive technical decisions via RFCs and collaborate with engineers, QA, and DX.
