Job summary

Orkes is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (Fullstack-capable) to own the architecture of our Conductor workflow builder and control plane tools in the Santa Clara office. You will craft high-performance UI, guide cross-team frontend strategy, and ensure robust UX for SREs and enterprise clients.

You bring 7+ years in frontend engineering, deep React/TypeScript expertise, experience with real-time data-dense dashboards, and a knack for API contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of frontend experience.
• Frontend architect in React/TS with ownership of state, perf and component-system standards.
• Built complex UIs such as IDEs or data-dense dashboards.
• Owns UX/product judgment and shapes requirements beyond tickets.
• Drives cross-team frontend strategy including design system decisions.
• Familiar with API backends and contracts; edge into microservices when needed.
• Advocates testing, accessibility, and performance budgets.

Responsibilities
