Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the aiR Assist Platform to shape the frontend architecture behind our AI-powered products. You will build reusable UI infrastructure, enable composable micro-frontends, and create an excellent developer experience for teams working on the platform.

You will collaborate with UX, product, and backend engineers to deliver consistent, high-performance interfaces across chat experiences and OpenAPI-driven services.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years building large-scale web apps or enterprise platforms.
• Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
• Experience designing reusable UI infrastructure and libraries.
• Strong modular architecture, code-splitting, and micro-frontend concepts.
• Solid responsive design, semantic HTML, and accessibility WCAG standards.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL and async data patterns.
• Proficient in modern build tooling and monorepos.
• Hands-on with automated testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend infrastructure using React, TypeScript, and design systems.
• Advance micro-frontend delivery and cross-team composition across Relativity tenants.
• Improve AI context sharing across chat experiences and platform tools.
• Maintain clean module boundaries, shared libraries, and code-splitting strategies.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams to deliver consistent experiences.
• Define engineering standards for testing, performance, and accessibility.
• Lead automated testing with Vitest, Playwright, and visual regression tooling.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to platform-wide frontend initiatives.
