Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Software Engineer to build and operate backend services for its aiR generative AI platform. You will work on multi-region, multi-cloud systems that handle large-scale AI traffic, focusing on reliability, scalability, and secure orchestration.

You'll collaborate across teams, implement tests, and contribute to DevOps and cloud-native practices to support Relativity's AI-driven workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building backend services using languages such as C#, Python, or similar.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and backend service design.
• Desirable familiarity with DevOps workflows and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services powering Relativity's aiR platform.
• Work on multi-region, multi-cloud systems handling large-scale AI traffic.
• Develop and maintain high-throughput AI workflows and asynchronous job orchestration.
• Write comprehensive tests and contribute to tooling and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve reliability and performance at scale.
• Participate in pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and fair AI traffic routing across workloads.
