Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript.
• Defined a technical plan for delivering a significant feature with an elegant design.
• Able to make significant changes in a large code base with safe tooling/practices.
• Demonstrates ownership of growth and seeks feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics in ideation and decision making.
• Identify and lead resolution of project, process, tech, or business issues.
• Support operations and availability by creating/monitoring metrics and on-call efforts.
• Raise code quality and design standards and advocate across teams.
