Job summary

ReadyOn in San Francisco is building an AI-native labor operating system and is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who loves to code and ship impactful products. You will help extend real-time labor insights across thousands of sites and users, not just add on top of a legacy tool.

You will work with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and modern testing libraries to craft scalable UI components, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience working with production systems.
• Expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Experience building and maintaining Storybook component libraries.
• Unit testing experience (Jest or Vitest) and React testing library.
• GraphQL experience (Apollo or Relay) for building data-driven UIs.
• Proficient in client-side JavaScript, modern frameworks, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with end-to-end testing (Playwright or Cypress).
• Strong emphasis on clean, well-documented, maintainable code and performance/a11y considerations.
