Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a senior frontend engineer to shape the user experience of a groundbreaking AI-powered hardware product. You will write production-ready React applications in TypeScript and contribute to a shared component library, working closely with the head of product and a growing engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps, with 3+ years in React.
• Proficient with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude).
• Expert in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong experience with component-driven development and design systems.
• Proficient in Tailwind CSS and responsive design.
• Experience with Vite or esbuild.
• Understanding of API integration patterns (REST, OpenAPI).
• Balance rapid iteration with maintainable, well-tested code.
• Experience in early-stage startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade React applications with TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain a shared component library.
• Create interfaces for structured engineering data and dependencies.
• Build AI agent interfaces including streaming chat and alerts.
• Implement portfolio dashboards showing cost, schedule, and risk.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and code reviews.
