Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Authored and driven technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve systemic technical debt to improve reliability or velocity.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading team rituals (on-call rotations, code review, incident response).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring for login, signup, OAuth, and identity surfaces.
• Author and review technical design documents and turn complex initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Identity's Native vs. Webview architecture strategy across authentication surfaces.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and code quality issues across the team's codebase.
• Lead team rituals including on-call, code review, and incident response, while mentoring junior engineers.
