You will drive end-to-end frontend delivery, shaping the Native vs. Webview approach while mentoring engineers and improving code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript, leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
• Authored and driven technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation on major initiatives.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading team rituals (on-call, code reviews, incident response).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design to deployment for login, signup, OAuth, and identity surfaces.
• Author and review technical design documents and translate ambiguity into executable plans.
• Drive Native vs Webview architecture strategy for authentication surfaces.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical debt and improve reliability across the codebase.
• Lead team rituals including on-call, code reviews, and incident response, mentoring junior engineers.
