• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Led end-to-end frontend delivery for ambiguous, complex initiatives.
• Mentored engineers and led team rituals (on-call rotations, code reviews, incident response).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring for login, signup, OAuth, account security, and multi-user/multi-organization support.
• Author and review technical design documents, turning ambiguous initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Identity's Native vs. Webview architecture strategy, evaluating latency, reliability, and UX.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and code quality issues across the team’s codebase.
• Lead rituals including on-call, code review, and incident response, mentoring L04 engineers on frontend craft.
