• Author and review technical design documents, breaking down initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive Native vs Webview architecture strategy for authentication surfaces.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and improve code quality across the team.
• Lead team rituals including on-call rotations and incident response, mentoring engineers.
