Job summary

Assemble is looking for a frontend-focused engineer to take ownership of our product, components, APIs, and workflow. You will work across the stack in a small team, using TypeScript on both frontend and backend, and GraphQL with generated types to keep systems in sync.

Day-to-day work includes crafting reusable UI components, building complex experiences in React, and collaborating with product and design to ship iterative features on a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working on modern web frontend code, with React or a similar framework.
• Strong knowledge of frontend development and end-to-end web delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and write high-quality frontend code for our SaaS product, building reusable components and robust UI experiences.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into deliverable features.
• Contribute to GraphQL APIs or server-side features when needed; work across the stack.
