Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to join our team. You will design scalable frontend architectures and collaborate with product teams to deliver evolving experiences using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

You will own frontend systems from SSR to client rendering, drive standards, and mentor engineers while contributing to a fast, equity-driven growth culture. Hybrid Mountain View arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of frontend/web development experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and frontend delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to define and evolve user experiences with modern frontend tech.
• Own and evolve frontend architecture for scalability, performance, and accessibility.
• Lead design and implementation of complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching).
• Establish and uphold frontend engineering standards, tooling, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives aligning frontend with backend APIs and product strategy.
• Mentor frontend engineers and ensure code quality and robust testing.
