Job summary

Assembled is seeking a full‑stack product engineer with deep frontend expertise to ship customer-facing experiences from UI polish to backend APIs and AI‑powered workflows. You will work with product and design, move quickly from concept to production, and own outcomes end‑to‑end.

We value a product-minded engineer who can own features end‑to‑end, with strong React fundamentals and a track record of shipping at speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Exceptional frontend engineering fundamentals with large React applications.
• Strong product mindset with ownership from idea to launch.
• Experience partnering with product managers and designers to polish UX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build product experiences end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and AI-powered workflows.
• Lead frontend implementation for complex products with strong architecture and performance decisions.
• Strengthen frontend foundations and drive upgrades and architectural improvements in React apps.
• Create reusable systems and patterns to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate deeply with product and design to turn problems into polished UX.
• Shape the future of AI-assisted software development and AI coding agents in workflows.
