Job summary

SAGARIS is seeking a founding frontend engineer to own the surface where humans and agents share work. You’ll shape interfaces that are fast, honest about state, and robust enough for a revenue team to use daily.

You’ll partner with design to elevate interaction detail, motion, and accessibility, while establishing the frontend architecture and component system the team builds on. Shipped complex, stateful web apps are expected, with deep React and TypeScript fluency.

Qualifications

• Shipped complex, stateful web applications.
• Strong React and TypeScript fluency.
• Accessible interfaces with keyboard navigation and motion detail.
• Ability to take rough ideas and ship polished surfaces.
• Experience in early-stage or ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the core product surfaces, the inbox, the pipeline, the agent-supervision views with craft and speed.
• Turn dense, real-time data into calm interfaces with clear state and no dead ends.
• Own performance as a design and user expectation driver.
• Collaborate closely with design to raise interaction detail, motion, and accessibility.
• Establish frontend architecture, component system, and team conventions.
