Job summary

Neshent Technologies is seeking a senior Front-End Engineer to own the architecture of complex React + TypeScript web apps in New Jersey. You will partner with UX/Product, set frontend standards, shape the design system, and drive performance, accessibility, and security practices across the stack.

You will mentor engineers, lead frontend initiatives, and collaborate with backend teams on GraphQL/REST integrations while delivering polished, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior front-end engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, and delivering complex UIs.
• Deep knowledge of frontend tooling, performance, accessibility and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, user-facing web applications with React + TypeScript.
• Partner with UX/Product to translate designs, balancing feasibility and performance.
• Establish front-end standards, architecture, routing, testing, and DX improvements.
• Build on EXDS UI foundations with design system, theming, and responsive layouts.
• Drive performance, bundle optimization, caching, and runtime observability.
• Implement advanced UI features like data visualization and real-time updates.
• Ensure secure client-side patterns and provider for API contracts (GraphQL/REST).
