Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong front-end focus.
• Expert-level React proficiency with hooks, composition, and context.
• Strong TypeScript skills and modern JavaScript fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, user-facing web apps with React + TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UX/Product to translate designs into polished experiences.
• Establish front-end standards for architecture, state, routing, code conventions, and testing.
• Build using design system foundations, theming, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Drive performance and quality: Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, rendering strategies.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts (GraphQL/REST) and advocate for front-end friendly patterns.
