Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support their self-service platform for pharmacy operations and order fulfillment. As a senior frontend leader, you will shape scalable frontend architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.

You will drive architectural decisions, adopt common frameworks and patterns, and raise the bar for patient safety through responsible AI integration across the development process.

• Lead the architecture of scalable, maintainable, and performant front end solutions aligned with product requirements.
• Work with other technical leaders to identify and drive adoption of common frameworks, patterns, and practices.
• Establish and foster consistent best practices, design patterns, and coding standards across the Front End team.
• Shape responsible adoption of AI across our software development process, raising team output while holding the bar for patient safety.

About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support our self-service platform used for pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. As a leading technical voice within the Fulfillment and Pharmacy Engineering Front End team, you will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and Engineering leaders to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams. Your contributions will help ensure the resulting platform is safe, reliable, scalable, and adaptable to our growing business needs.
