Job summary

State Street seeks a Senior Front Office Trading Support Lead to oversee daily production trading for multiple clients and coordinate with Front Office staff. You will manage a team, enforce SLAs, and drive risk controls while guiding audits and process improvements.

Required are 12+ years in finance/trading ops, leadership ability, and strong Python/SQL skills. Salary range is listed and benefits are provided; role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years in related industry with 6+ years in operational trading/trading support.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail and client relationship skills.
• Experience with Domestic and International financial instruments and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team responsibilities with risk management and controls.
• Lead audits, ensure staff work is reviewed and documented procedures followed.
• Mentor, onboard and train new staff and cross-train existing members.
• Interface with Front/Middle/Back offices and external clients on complex matters.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects and client onboarding.
