Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a senior Front Office trading support professional to oversee daily operations, manage risk, and ensure client SLAs are met in a fast-paced environment in Berwyn, PA. You will act as a subject matter expert for front office processes, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and guide staff through audits and complex inquiries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics and 7–10+ years of related industry experience, including 6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in finance or accounting
• 7-10 plus years related industry experience including 6 years of operational experience
• Working knowledge of Domestic and International financials and all related instruments

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day responsibilities of the team by developing a strong risk management and controlled environment.
• Eliminate risk incidents and inadvertent data disclosures.
• Take a lead role in any internal or external audits.
• Close review and verification of staff work daily, enforcing procedures and controls.
• Mentor and train new team members and cross-train existing staff.
• Interface with senior level internal and external clients and other departments on complex matters and inquiries.
• Engage in ad-hoc reporting, including daily, weekly and monthly metrics and participate in special projects and client onboardings.
