Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a motivated candidate to support Sales and Trading teams across Foreign Exchange and Financing Solutions. The role involves day-to-day trade support, inquiries resolution, and platform onboarding tasks on the front office trading floor.

You will collaborate with Trading, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external vendors, providing timely reporting and continuing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Exposure to financial services preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist SSM Sales & Trading in trade support and related tasks.
• Research and resolve trade-related inquiries from Sales & Trading, back office, fund groups, and clients.
• Monitor SSM’s trading systems and address/resolve issues with appropriate escalations.
• Cancel, modify, and rebook trades post-execution.
• Support platform onboarding tasks (Front Office components) as needed.
• Communicate and maintain strong working relationships with multiple departments to resolve breaks and trade discrepancies on a time-sensitive basis.
• Produce reporting for clients and internal use.
