State Street seeks a Senior Front Office Trading Support Lead to oversee daily production trading for multiple clients and coordinate with Front Office staff. You will manage a team, enforce SLAs, and drive risk controls while guiding audits and process improvements.
Required are 12+ years in finance/trading ops, leadership ability, and strong Python/SQL skills. Salary range is listed and benefits are provided; role is based in the United States.
The position will support and maintain the production trading of multiple clients. The position will interface daily with the client’s Front Office Trade Management desk staff and act as a subject matter expert and escalation point. Position has daily Client SLA’s and must ensure the team meets internal deadlines in order for the client to trade on time. Triage complex front office product and trading queries. Familiarity with trading software, SQL, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in a Front Office Trading support role. Comfortable with order execution issues, product issues, and proficient in relationship building with trading staff.
Position will interact and provide support to numerous teams and departments within the organization, including Portfolio Services, Trade Settlement, Performance, Reconciliation and others, and act as a subject matter expert for Front Office. Role will include working with the Front/Middle/Back office daily. Build cooperative and professional internal/external relationships and utilizes all available resources throughout the organization to achieve company, team, and client goals.
$115,000 - $197,500 Annual
