Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or technical field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, CS)
• 8–10 years in Financial/Software Services with market information systems background
• Willingness to travel 10–20% across US & Canada
• Front-office, buyside, investment software experience preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication and leadership in client engagements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client engagements and lead projects to completion within scope and SOW.
• Gather, analyze and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams; assess and design technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide consultants on implementations; allocate resources as needed.
• Demonstrate advanced CRIMS knowledge and proficiency in Infrastructure, Performance Tuning, Development, and Integration.
• Design prototypes and proofs-of-concept, guiding design decisions with solid data.
• Ensure engagement teams document issues and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with CRD sales to support proposals and POC projects.
• Build strong relationships with CRD and clients; manage challenging situations.
• Strategically solve long-term problems across multiple projects.
