Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. UI Developer for HOKA North America eCommerce to craft responsive, brand-aligned web interfaces and engage with design, marketing, and development teams. You will shape user experiences that drive performance and conversions.

The role requires 5+ years in front-end development, experience with modern frameworks, and strong collaboration skills within Agile/Scrum teams. Location is remote in the United States with approved states for residency.

Qualifications

5+ years of front-end development experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
Experience with modern frameworks/libraries and their integration into larger systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, visually stunning web pages and interactive features.
Create accessible, high-performing interfaces across devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand-consistent user journeys.
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to tech stack and processes.
Champion site performance and scalability and support Agile releases.
