Job summary

MilliporeSigma in New Jersey seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Front-End Engineering for capital projects from concept through FEL2, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.

You will drive scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management for 2-3 large projects annually, develop business cases, and prepare investment inputs for approvals, traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years leading capital projects.
• Experience with large, complex capital-investment projects (> $10M).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills; willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 large, complex capital projects annually from concept to FEL 2 and handoff.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, interfaces, documentation, and change management.
• Coordinate internal/external design, engineering, construction resources and approve project charters, schedules and cost estimates.
