Job summary

MilliporeSigma seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, develop, and execute complex programs within the pharmaceutical sector. You will oversee milestones, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple sites to deliver strategic business outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, a health/biomedical sciences background, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure compliant program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in health/biomedical/sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related QA/QC/Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute work plans to meet milestones, budget, and scope.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, risk, and change for critical projects.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers to align with company culture.
• Coordinate programs and resources across projects and sites.
• Lead internal and external communications with major clients and oversee steering committees.
• Capture lessons learned and promote best practices post-projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development for new opportunities and proposal delivery.
• Align with Chemistry/Manufacturing/Controls on development and implementation methods.
