Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to deliver capital and expense projects for its existing facilities. The role leads cross-functional teams through initiation, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover, with emphasis on safety, schedule, and cost controls in a GMP setting.

The successful candidate will manage capital requests, collaborate with procurement, and act as SME for critical systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion and seamless operational

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 3–5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• GMP environment experience preferred.
• Experience with contracting firms and managing contractors.
• Experience with capital project execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with project scheduling systems (Microsoft Project or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Oversee safety, schedule, and cost controls; manage capital requests and capitalization.
• Coordinate with SME, QA, IT/IDS, Facilities, and contractors; ensure changes follow approved processes.
• Ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery of deliverables and readiness activities.
