• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in medical front-desk operations or patient access.
• Three years of leadership supervising front-desk teams.

• Provide operational leadership for front-desk and patient-access services across assigned entry points.
• Lead front-desk supervisors, monitor performance, and resolve escalated patient concerns.
• Improve patient flow by coordinating with clinical and administrative leaders.
• Oversight of registration quality, insurance verification, scheduling, and point-of-service collections.
