Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, hospitality, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in medical front-desk operations, patient access or related areas.
• 3+ years leading supervisors or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience improving patient satisfaction or service recovery.
• Knowledge of patient registration, insurance eligibility, scheduling, referrals and payments.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for front-desk and patient-access services across assigned entry points.
• Lead front-desk supervisors, monitor performance, and address escalated patient concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve patient flow and communication.
