Job summary

Krosswood Doors is seeking a Freight Analyst to own end-to-end outbound shipping, ensuring orders ship accurately, on time, and at the right cost. You’ll train shipping clerks, monitor carrier performance, and maintain compliance with routing guides.

You will manage invoices, claims, and international shipments while improving processes and visibility across shipments and systems on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight, or transportation.
• Familiarity with LTL, parcel, and carrier coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and shipping software (TMS).
• Familiarity with retailer routing guides and vendor compliance (Home Depot experience a strong plus).
• Experience auditing freight invoices and filing freight claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the shipping team on systems, processes and compliance.
• Run daily shipping operations including carrier pickups and shipments tracking.
• Control freight costs and ensure compliance with routing requirements and penalties.
• Handle freight claims and international shipments, including Canada; monitor dashboards and reports.
