Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a senior freight broker to accelerate growth from day one.

You will activate your network of shippers and carriers, build a robust pipeline, and close 2–6 new shipper accounts each month while expanding existing relationships. You will lead rate negotiations, develop carrier contracts, optimize loads, and collaborate with operations and compliance to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience.
• Active professional network of shippers and carriers.
• Proven track record of acquiring 2–6 new shipper accounts monthly.
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation and carrier contracts.
• Strong knowledge of freight market dynamics and lane economics.
• Proficiency with TMS, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market strategy and activate your network from day one.
• Secure 2–6 new shipper accounts monthly and grow existing relationships.
• Move 100–150 monthly loads within 60 days with load optimization authority.
• Develop brokerage strategies using market insights and demand patterns.
• Negotiate freight rates and develop carrier contracts with autonomy.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and compliance for flawless load execution.
• Lead rate negotiations, SLAs, and carrier contracts with quick decision-making.
• Analyze KPIs to drive rapid, measurable results in 90 days.
