Job summary

Circle Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced freight brokerage professional in Oregon to drive go-to-market plans, build a strong shipper/carrier network, and secure rapid account growth.

You will negotiate rates, manage carrier contracts, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure on-time, high-quality service. You will leverage TMS, CRM, and load boards to optimize margins and load execution while delivering measurable results within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct freight brokerage or related field.
• Proven ability to source, qualify and close shipper and carrier partnerships.
• Active network of shippers and carriers to generate new pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and rate-setting capabilities.
• Experience with TMS, load boards, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market strategy from day one to build a pipeline of partnerships.
• Secure 2–6 new shipper accounts in the first month and expand existing relationships.
• Scale account activity to 100–150 monthly loads within 60 days.
• Develop and execute freight brokerage strategies using market insights.
• Craft rate proposals and negotiate terms to protect margins.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance for flawless execution.
• Lead rate negotiations, SLAs, and carrier contracts with autonomous decision-making.
• Analyze KPIs to drive rapid strategic decisions and measurable impact.
