Job summary

Circle Logistics is a 3PL focused on delivering No Fail Service, Personalized Communication and Innovative Solutions. We are seeking an experienced freight broker to immediately activate their network, build a robust pipeline of shipper and carrier partnerships, and drive account growth from day one.

You will secure 2–6 new shipper accounts in the first month, expand relationships, and scale loads rapidly while negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience.
• Established, active professional network of shippers and carriers.
• Documented track record of acquiring 2-6 new shipper accounts monthly.
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation, load pricing, and carrier contracts.
• Deep knowledge of freight market dynamics, lane economics, and regional demand patterns.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, CRM and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to negotiate independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue through prospecting and closing.

Responsibilities

• Execute your go-to-market strategy from day one—activate your network to build a pipeline of shipper and carrier partnerships.
• Drive account growth by securing 2 to 6 new shipper accounts in your first month and expand existing relationships.
• Scale accounts to move 100 to 150 monthly loads within your first 60 days with visibility into carrier capacity utilization.
• Develop and execute freight brokerage strategies using market insights to deliver rapid results from week one.
• Craft rate proposals and freight solutions, negotiate terms to protect margins and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance teams from day one to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
• Lead freight rate negotiations and carrier contracts with immediate decision-making authority.
