Job summary

TeamPlus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced freight broker in the United States to leverage deep knowledge of US lanes and pricing, manage carrier relationships, and grow the brokerage portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with DAT, Truckstop, ITS Dispatch, Carrier411, and FMCSA SAFER, and will mitigate double-brokering risks while delivering strong customer development and sales results.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. freight brokerage, preferably OTR and/or Drayage.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, pricing, carrier operations, equipment types, and accessorials.
• Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, ITS Dispatch, Carrier411, and FMCSA SAFER.
• Strong understanding of carrier vetting, fraud prevention, and double- brokering risks.
• Strong customer development and sales skills.
• Strong negotiation and margin-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
