Qualifications

• Freight brokering experience with minimum 2 years.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts and prospect new ones.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with shippers and carriers.
• Track shipment status and report to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with carriers.
• Ensure freight paperwork is completed and filed.
• Provide discounts and promotions to returning customers.
• Resolve freight discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
