Hornet Staffing, Inc., a GEE Group company, is seeking a Sr. Billing Specialist to join its logistics team in California.

You will manage the full billing cycle from shipment entry to invoice completion, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. You will audit and reconcile freight invoices, apply customer contract rates, and resolve billing inquiries while collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, Collections, and Sales to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of freight, transportation, logistics, or billing experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, auditing, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of customer contract rates and freight billing processes.
• TruckMate experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full billing cycle from shipment entry to invoice completion.
• Process, audit, and reconcile freight invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer billing inquiries.
• Apply customer contract rates and pricing schedules.
• Maintain billing records and ensure invoice accuracy.
