Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 2+ years in risk management or data analytics; or bachelor's with 4+ years.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Strategic thinking to develop roadmaps and drive execution balancing short- and long-term needs.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python and MS Office.
• Ability to leverage AI and ML to design innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Fraud strategy to drive the tradeoff between fraud mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and efficiency.
• Regularly monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage internal and external data sources to drive accurate fraud detection.
• Partner with product, technology, and operations to develop capabilities and test implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and ensure compliance.
• Stay on top of industry trends and adopt best practices.
• Drive concise oral and written communications with internal and external partners at different levels.
