Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager - Fraud to drive the Fraud Prevention Platform roadmap, governance, and platform enhancements across real-time detection and identity risk management.

You will partner with Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, Security, and Operations to translate fraud risks into scalable capabilities that balance prevention, customer experience, and business growth for ADP and its clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-7+ years in fraud prevention or related fields.
• Experience defining fraud controls, policies, and automated decisioning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the Fraud Prevention Platform roadmap and governance.
• Strengthen fraud detection, reduce customer friction, and improve operational efficiency.
• Assess new products and changes to identify fraud risks and controls.
• Develop fraud policies, rules, thresholds, and risk signals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Security, and Operations.
