ADP, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Fraud Data Science to lead the Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP) and its real-time decisioning capabilities.

You will partner with Global Fraud Prevention, Global Security, engineering, and business teams to translate threats into scalable controls that align with risk appetite, client experience, and growth. The role requires deep fraud prevention expertise, strong analytics, and experience with platforms like Feedzai.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of fraud prevention, fraud detection, risk decisioning, payments risk, identity risk, or related discipline.
• Experience with Python is required.
• Experience with real-time fraud decisioning platforms and risk signals.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, detection techniques, and false-positive management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, resilience, governance, and evolution of the Fraud Prevention Platform and its fraud controls.
• Drive real-time fraud decisioning capabilities, including rules, models, AI-enabled detection, and third-party signals.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance using defined metrics (fraud prevented, losses, detection rate).
• Establish model and decisioning performance/testing frameworks (A/B testing, champion/challenger).
• Develop closed-loop processes to continuously enhance fraud controls and model performance.
• Oversee platform health, uptime, integrations, and data provider governance.
• Define governance for rule/model deployment, testing, approvals, documentation, and monitoring.
• Evaluate third-party data sources to maximize decision quality and ROI.
• Define roadmap to mature FPP across products and enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with Global Fraud Prevention, Global Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as enterprise SME for FPP, advising on capabilities and data requirements.
