Félix is seeking a highly hands-on Product Manager for its Fraud team to lead the next-generation risk platform. You will own the product roadmap, work with engineering on real-time detection, and drive fraud prevention initiatives to support business growth while maintaining customer focus.

In this role you will partner with data scientists and risk analysts to shape metrics, run experiments, and uncover insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in risk, fraud, payments, or trust & safety.
• Ability to run SQL queries and interpret data dashboards.
• Experience with ML models or strong willingness to learn them.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Excellent stakeholder management with legal, compliance, and exec teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Risk & Fraud Product strategy and roadmap.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Design, build, and deploy real-time fraud detection and verification systems.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Risk Analysts, and engineers to scale solutions.
• Balance customer experience with effective risk mitigation.
• Communicate strategies and impact to executives and partners.
