Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager - Fraud to drive the Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP) roadmap, governance, and expansion across enterprise fraud technology, including Feedzai and related ecosystems.

You will partner with Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, Security, and Operations to translate fraud risks and business requirements into scalable prevention capabilities that protect ADP and clients while balancing risk, customer experience, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in fraud prevention/product management or related fields.
• Experience with strategy, governance, and performance management for fraud-related tech.
• Hands-on fraud decisioning, risk orchestration, identity verification, authentication.
• Deep knowledge of account takeover, identity fraud, payments fraud, and related threats.
• Experience defining and optimizing fraud controls, rules, and risk signals.
• Experience with fraud technology providers and platforms (Feedzai, LexisNexis, etc.).
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies and prevention strategies.
• Ability translating fraud risks into product enhancements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating vendors and conducting PoCs for fraud tech investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the roadmap, governance, and expansion of the Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP).
• Deliver fraud prevention capabilities that improve detection, reduce friction, and support business goals.
• Assess new products and journeys to identify fraud risks and control adequacy.
• Develop and optimize fraud policies, thresholds, and risk signals.
• Establish governance standards for fraud products, ownership, and performance.
• Monitor platform health, control effectiveness, and customer impact with metrics.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation through product and process improvements.
• Evaluate and onboard fraud tech, data providers, and risk signals.
• Serve as SME on fraud decisioning and authentication across the enterprise.
