The role is remote with travel up to 20% and requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and FINRA Series 7 licensing preferred. Base salary range is $107,000–$147,100 with bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive advisor engagement and growth within the territory. Partner with advisors to align growth goals with resources.
• Create onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced Financial Advisors and External Practice Acquisition hires.
• Lead recruiting and career path management for Franchise Staff and advisors; manage sourcing and screening.
• Provide leadership to matrix partners to drive organic growth; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and mentor Franchise Recruiting & Engagement colleagues.
