Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the JETSET Training Academy for new instructors and will oversee up to 25 lead instructors within a designated region. The Training Manager will ensure brand consistency across all trainings and regional studios, and will play a pivotal role in product development, including creating workshops, brainstorming new class types, and developing innovative exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 2‑4 training sessions per month (5‑day or 2‑weekend format) and conduct hands‑on training sessions to ensure participants can effectively deliver our brand’s unique workout experience. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region, providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency. Ensure lead instructors adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs, regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for lead instructors regarding training‑related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging workshops, brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises aligned with the brand’s vision and goals, and test and refine new training concepts before rollout.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations; prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement; assist with developing training budgets and ensuring activities stay within constraints.
• Manage the Training & Innovation Studio: ensure timely response to client inquiries, issues, and concerns; create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules; maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed.
• Support the New Studio Audition approval process, assisting the VP with new studio opening instructor audition from submission to approval.

Requirements

• NASM/AFAA certification preferred.
• Boutique group fitness teaching experience, preferably in Pilates.
• Previous administrative and operational experience preferred.

Availability: Training sessions are scheduled on a rotating basis and may occasionally include weekend days, though this is not a weekly requirement.

Teaching Requirement: As part of this role, you will be required to teach a set number of classes per month. This commitment is essential for maintaining your hands‑on teaching experience, which is critical to your effectiveness as a training manager.

Travel Requirement: This is a hybrid role with significant on‑site presence at the HQ Training & Support Center in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, FL, the South of Fifth Training Studio and/or Regional Training Centers at least three days per week on average. Up to 20% travel for on‑site trainings and workshops.
